Green Energy

Enabling Land Opportunities for Renewable Energy.

BGSA's proposed role is land facilitation and coordination in Vijayapura district — connecting suitable land and its owners with renewable energy developers for purchase or multi-year lease.

Renewable Energy Overview

The right land, the right conversations.

Renewable energy projects need large, suitable land parcels and clear agreements with landowners. BGSA proposes to work between these two sides in Vijayapura district.

01
Area of Operation
Our working area is Vijayapura district, Karnataka.
02
Land for Purchase or Multi-Year Lease
We coordinate between landowners and developers for the purchase of land or for multi-year leases.
03
Land Requirements of 50 to 2,500 Acres
We can coordinate the identification of land for requirements ranging from 50 acres up to 2,500 acres.
04
Service or Consultancy Fee
BGSA receives a service fee or consultancy fee for its coordination work, as per the written agreement.
05
Solar Land Opportunities
Identifying land that may suit ground-mounted solar projects and introducing it to interested developers.
06
Wind Energy Land Opportunities
Coordinating with landowners where developers are assessing locations for wind projects.
07
Solar–Wind Hybrid Opportunities
Supporting land requirements for projects that combine solar and wind generation on or near the same site.
08
Land Identification
Shortlisting parcels against a developer's stated requirements such as area, access and location.
09
Landowner Collaboration
Explaining the process to landowners, coordinating multiple owners and keeping discussions organised.
10
Project Developer Enquiries
Developers can share their land requirements; we respond with potentially suitable opportunities.

All projects and services described on this website are proposed.

BGSA does not manufacture solar equipment, install power plants or operate energy generation facilities. Technical feasibility, approvals and grid connectivity remain the responsibility of the project developer.

Process

How we coordinate land for projects.

    Identification

Potentially suitable parcels are shortlisted and owners consulted.

  3. 03

    Introduction

Developers and landowners meet; site assessments are arranged by the developer.

  4. 04

    Agreement

Parties agree purchase or multi-year lease terms with their own legal advice; BGSA's service or consultancy fee is as per agreement.
